All hospital admissions require pre-approval from insurance companies which usually takes about 5 – 7 days. |

Certain outpatient investigations require pre-approval as above. |

Direct billing facilities are usually not available for Maternity and dental services. |

Health checkups, screening tests, vaccinations, optical tests are generally excluded from cover. |
|
Long term/chronic and certain other medications require pre-approval. Medications will be dispensed only up to the expiry of the insurance card |

Skin disorders like warts, skin tags, keloid, acne or moluscum contagiosum. |

Infertility, impotency, sexual dysfunction, contraception, sterilization. |
|
Professional sports and work related injuries. |
|
Growth and feeding problems in children. |
|
Digestive enzymes, appetite stimulants, anti dandruff creams, anti hair fall preparations. |
|
OTC throat lozenges, cleansers, mouth wash, tooth paste, moisturizer, creams. |
